LINDRICK LIVERY

MISSION STATEMENT

We aim to:

 

1)

Put the care of your horse first and to ensure that your horse has a regular routine:
            has a good supply of fresh water, grass, haylage or other feed

            is turned out between 8am and 9am

            is brought in between 2.30pm and 5pm (if being brought in)

 

2)

Give individual care and attention to the needs of your horse.  This has to be balanced with the time available and the demands of others at any one moment.
However we will do our best!

 

3)

Provide the facilties specified in your contract and to aim to keep them safe at all times

 

4)

Be friendly and cooperative in our dealings with you and your horse and to encourage patience and understanding when problems arise

 

5)

Maintain a clear and open line of communication from you through all staff to Louise Ruddock and Tom Ramsden

 

6)

Expect that any problems be discussed directly with either Louise or Tom.  This is particularly important where horse health is concerned

 

7)

Be open to any suggestions for improvements
